The Credit Union offers internships to young people from all over the world who are looking for real life business experience.
Our interns help with many of the day to day operations of our Credit Union, but also do important research and project work that helps us develop products and services for the benefit of our members.
We send them away with experience of the wide range of functions that make up any business, but crucially with a sound understanding of the co-operative ethos of putting the customer first and ensuring that social values are of equal or greater value than profitability.
Our latest interns are pictured here and we were delighted to welcome young people from Uzbekistan for the first time.
