Follow the Credit Union on social media

Our Facebook and Twitter pages are the ideal way to keep up to date with what’s happening at the Credit Union.

As well as the website, the Credit Union has a growing online presence on social media. We regularly update both our Facebook and our Twitter pages with information about the Credit Union and our latest news, as well as links to our website, so these pages are a really useful way of finding out about what’s going on at the Credit Union and the services we offer.

Credit Union Chief Executive Martin Groombridge said: “We would encourage our members, potential new members and anyone interested in the work we do to follow us on social media. With over 1400 followers on Twitter and around 600 likes on Facebook, we’re pleased that our online following continues to grow.”

As well as finding out about the Credit Union through social media, you can send us your comments too and we would love to hear from you!

And while we’re talking about being online, just a reminder that our website includes lots of valuable information and resources, such as our loan calculator, which gives you the opportunity to check the cost of our loans to make comparisons with other lenders.

You can also join the Credit Union online, set up savings accounts, find out about job and volunteering opportunities, apply for a loan and even sign the loan agreement, all on your laptop or smartphone.

Martin Groombridge added: “With more and more of our transactions taking place online these days, our website, along with our App for mobile devices, is becoming a vital hub for the work we do. This makes it easier for members to use their accounts and access information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.”
